Pros
Growth for Freshers: This is a good place for freshers to learn and take on responsibility. You get to work on new projects, talk to clients, and contribute ideas. Supportive Team: The experienced creative team is helpful and guides you through new tasks, although most of the team has changed. Variety of Projects: The agency setting in itself means you'll work on diverse projects across different niches.
Cons
Limited Growth for Experienced Pros: Not much room for advancement if you’re already experienced in what you do. The CD's understanding of design is not good. The projects are not good enough to reflect on your portfolio. Focus on Social Media: Despite claims of being a branding and UIUX agency, most work is social media-related. Poor Management: Project management is often disorganized, and the creative team doesn't get credit for their work. Long hours are common due to mismanagement, with employees often working until 9-10pm. In some cases, more than that. Unprofessional Environment: The founder has been rude and creates a hostile atmosphere. There have been complaints that female employees have felt uncomfortable at times. Upper management often sides with clients over the team. Overtime Issues: Upper management is extremely rude and the managers only answer to the founder. They don’t care about the team, force overtime, and don’t pay extra for it.
