      Pros

      Growing company, strong committed leadership, dedicated customers, fun and hard working teams. If you want to make an impact, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Going though some growing pains moving from small to mid-size global company. Change is constant, so you must be able to accept ambiguity and take initiative to make things better rather than expecting someone else to do it for you.

      Pros

      The people I work with are nice and helpful when I need it. The benefits are better than average I think. All in all it is not a bad place to work. The company has flaws for sure, every company does but all in all not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      Parking can be a night mare. As I said above there are flaws with this company but it is not nearly as bad as some places I have worked.
