      - UNDERSTAFFED!!! You usually only get two other buddies during fast paced shifts, and you're outnumbered 1:10 for three whole hours - BE PERFECT! 24/7!! Perfection becomes the standard, and communication becomes especially harsh during rushes when you need help especially!! - MINIMUM WAGE! I started at $17, which was below minimum wage at the time $18.60 - if you're not full chinese you're COOKED! I was asked what my ethnicity was, and I made the mistake of answering. I felt discriminated against when international chinese workers were favored more than me. - under 18 is still expected to work past curfew, when I worked I usually got out after 11:30.
