Support is not just a once a year sit down discussion with a leader, it is a continual process. An employee can be confident if they need an answer, they will get an honest and fair answer. Leaders have treated me with respect.
The health care environment offers unique and diverse learning opportunities, a person does not get "bored." Medxcel is a rewarding place to work for those who enjoy caring for others and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
