      A great family company with superb core values

      Pros

      I love working for MSC because no matter how large the company gets, the same core values hold strong. When I worked for another DME company that was acquired by MSC, there was a lot of nervous employees. After a few short weeks, it was clear how much this company is a family and how much they care for you. It is a nice personal touch to work for individuals that invest in you as an employee, and as a person.

      Cons

      Hiring process can be a bit difficult, but that's because we are in such a niche industry.

      Pros

      A great family company with an amazing culture. Leadership is supportive and listen to all staff. MSC has a clear vision of the future and knows what it takes to be fiscally strong and responsible in this industry. A shining example is that not one employee was laid off or furloughed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even during a global pandemic, the board of directors went above and beyond and approved bonuses! This shows me that even though the company is expanding quickly, they still have strong core family values and care for all employees. If you work hard and want to be recognized for it, this is the place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits are good, but I have had better. Not to say that they are bad, I have just been spoiled previously.
