      Too many chief not enough Indians Management is trying to run the company like a mom and pop shop but company has grown past that. If you try to make this better, you're told no changes. Unsafe work environment Ran by an engineer that has no idea how to run a compan

      Pros

      Small company in a cheap part of the Atlanta area. If you are a self learner you can work on devices and learn lot.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, The top management lies a lot to their customers and their employees. At the hiring stage, they talk about bonus but you never get one. They are not loyal to their staff. If you ask a fair salary, they just spin you and eventually you have to quit or they fire you. MIS has one of the largest turnover I have seen. Generally, people leave the company in about a year. CEO is a former Siemens field service engineer and he does not think big. Because of his poor management MIS lost a big contract and had to lay off more than 15 employees last year. The top management are not very educated and average is associate degree so don't expect a lot. The salary level is too low and only top management is important. No overtime payments.
