      Good compensation but poor technical skills

      Pros

      Very good compensation. Fine work life balance. You should expect to be super busy when close to tape out.

      Cons

      You should not expect very strong technical leadership in the company. MTK is very good at executing project and get the chip done, but definitely not good at innovation.
