Dont believe in they're replies and promises. They are all lies. They do really doesn't give backpay, even with the people who stayed long to endure them. And yes, they doesnt give overtime pay, they even doesnt give you a copy of your contract so you cant sue them

Thank you for your feedback. Again, based on our records, there is only ONE former employee who did not receive backpay due to an AWOL status. Employees who have gone AWOL are marked on their 201 file.
As much as we do not want our employees to have marks on their 201 file, we cannot prevent former employees in proceeding with their own decisions.
If you want to clarify this matter directly with us, just drop by our office. We are sure you know the contact number and the address. You are very much welcome to clarify matters and maybe request for a retraction of your AWOL status.
Thank you very much and please call us for any other requests. Our lines are open.
Owner and CEO of the company has a short temper and unfair employer. They even forces you to work overtime and doesn't give overtime pay. And oh one more thing, when you resigned. It's impossible to get your backpay.

Good day and thank you for you review.
After going through our records, we have found that there is one employee who did not receive their backpay. This is due to the reason of AWOL (Absence without Leave) Employees who are AWOL and did not provide proper accounts turnover will not be cleared by the company and will not receive their backpay, unless the clearance procedure is implemented. In the case of our CEO, the employee 201 records can be discussed thoroughly with the employee as proof of performance.
The said person in our records also have various memorandums from gross negligence and tardiness and absentism in our 201 file.
As for overtime, there can be a number of reasons why overtime pay was not received. This also includes if the employee did not file the overtime rendered. We also do not force people to work on overtime, it is up to the employee to decide if they would like to request for it or not.
Our company values honesty, and if you would like to come back and discuss this with us. We are open. Thank you.
One of the best reasons to work for this company is the culture of learning the process in various media and platforms that would help your career in advance in the future. You'll be able to manage quickly and learn to adapt your skills in fast paced environment.
Cons
I guess the time when I used to work with them is that they are improving the tools available in keeping up to date and the management.

Thank you very much and yes, if you were an employee between 2009 - 2013. We were actually updating and trying to make the system more efficient for everyone. As more sales came in we were able to move the investment into infrastructure development to strengthen the system and tools of employees. Thank you for the review ^_^
