A completely unstable environment. There are frequent layoffs because upper management has no clue what they’re doing. They don’t listen to feedback from employees and it seems as though many are unqualified for the roles they hold. Upper management is secretive, favoritism is rampant (as evidenced by the many promotions AFTER layoffs), and they desperately need diversity training. There’s no guidance (especially in the clinical division). There are changes every week that are impossible to keep up with yet no leadership in place to make sure these changes are being implemented in the correct way. They sign contracts with health plans without understanding the requirements or what’s expected of them.
