      Cool brand until to see behind the curtain

      Pros

      Decent gloves with a good consumer brand.

      Cons

      Occasional, only when he wants to be, CEO with an extremely elevated sense of self importance, lacking any level of company vision and even less experience, who needs another 10 years of actual work experience to be ready. A COO & Pres. who's narcissistic, machiavellian, psychopath nature, fuels a culture of deceit & corruption.

      Pros

      Great product with a loyal following, good health insurance benefits and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      If you are related or are a friend to someone at the executive level, you will be promoted quickly and likely be given a title, even if you are not qualified to handle the tasks of your position. If you are not related or not someones crony, you will be stuck in a dead-end job with little opportunity for career advancement and growth.

      Pros

      Company Benefits were competitive and culture was great. The people and coworkers were amazing individuals and together formed a strong team. The brand and product were strong and the company grew year after year.

      Cons

      New management had big shoes to fill from an employee perspective and falls a little short. The then COO and now CEO is a narcissist who only cares about self promotion. Pay was stagnant for years despite working and grinding long hours, completing projects and going well above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of the role while the company grew year after year.
