Sociable job, great teams and fun when left to own devices. Entertainment and laughter. Some great times had at Mecca Bingo.

Cons

Sexist, bully-boy directors more interested in proving their worth than moving the company forward. Failure to evolve into the 21st century.

Fun and exciting place to work - never is one day the same Clear Values that were launched mid 2016 - that truly en-compass what Mecca Bingo is about. Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of flexibility. Approachable senior management team, that encourage feedback. Engaged workforce, that are very supportive and will always go "that extra mile to help" Supports Carers Trust Charity and all of the team continue to raise high amounts of money for this worthy cause Good remuneration and benefits package

Cons

IT and HR systems are rather clunky, but are due to have investment in 2017.
