There is a very structured old fashioned hierarchy at McCann where they do not listen to people who earn less than around £55k. Even though these are usually the younger generation with the fresh ideas. They have very little without their Aldi client, who do not treat McCann colleagues with respect. But McCann are too scared to challenge the client on this in case they pull business away. No salary review process, increases only given to the favourites or when you hand your notice in. Not a diverse workforce, the majority of the people who work here are middle class, white and local to the Pressbury area.

So top heavy, there is no one to do the actual work. Leadership team are bullies and don't support or listen to anyone below VP-level. Very frustrating and unless you can motivate yourself, it's a struggle to come in everyday.
