      - Laidback atmosphere - Chill coworkers - Team outings every blue moon - Hair is a fun product to work on

      Cons

      - Atmosphere was too laidback. no innovation at all coming from anywhere. - CEO & COO don't understand what they're selling. They play favorites with employees - No room for growth. - Discrimination on pay based on role (some teams get bonuses and regular pay bumps aka the dev team, finance, etc, while other teams aka marketing, creative literally have to beg for raises) - See my advice to management below
