Pros

1. A great platform for you to grow as an individual, with extensive exposure to the automotive industry and its clients. 2. You have the freedom to close tasks/activities using your own approach, with minimal intervention from the management team, 3. There is good visibility to leadership. You are aware of what is happening in business and where company wants to go.

Cons

Sometimes you will have to cooperate with other colleagues who are not up to the same pace. This could get tiring and result in fatigue or burnout.

Pros

-Great exposure across the full HR lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and policy implementation. You get a well-rounded view of HR in a growing tech organization. -Strong partnership with business teams; HR is closely involved in day-to-day people decisions, not just administrative work. -Management genuinely cares about building a healthy culture and fair processes, and HR is given the space to drive positive change. -Policies and practices are continuously refined based on feedback and business needs, which keeps the role dynamic and meaningful. -Open and approachable leadership; difficult conversations are encouraged and handled maturely. -Good emphasis on employee well-being, mental health, and creating an inclusive workplace. -Since becoming part of Endurance Technologies, systems and governance have become more structured and professional. -Supportive HR team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are part of everyday work.

Cons

HR work can become demanding during high-growth phases or large hiring drives, but priorities are usually clear and the team supports each other well.

Pros

Good exposure to core finance functions accounting, audits, compliance, and monthly/quarterly closings which gives a strong foundation early in your career. Clear processes and strong support within the finance team; seniors are approachable and always willing to guide. Management values accuracy, ethics, and long-term stability, which makes the work environment professional and dependable. HR policies and compensation processes are clearly defined and handled transparently from a finance standpoint. Work is well planned for most of the year, with predictable peaks during month-end and year-end but reasonable expectations otherwise. The company supports learning through on-the-job training and exposure to different aspects of finance and operations. Healthy work culture with mutual respect across departments; coordination with engineering, procurement, and HR is smooth. Since becoming part of Endurance Technologies, systems and controls have become more structured and mature.

Cons

Finance roles can become routine during stable periods, so you need to be proactive in asking for additional responsibilities or new areas to learn.
