      Pros

      Workplace is flexible, easy to manage your own time. Everyone is really friendly, and it's easy to reach out and work with other people. Pay is pretty fair, and good benefits as well

      Work can be demanding sometimes, and onboarding could be more structured

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for a proudly Canadian company, with under 100 employees. Everyone really listens to one another and is open to suggestions/improvements to make the product or company even better. CEO & Senior Management are all very smart people who have a great vision for the future, and all employees are kind and helpful. I like that I feel heard & seen with a lot of support to do my job well. Very competitive compensation as well.

      Cons

      No fitness/wellness spending account and benefits are rather basic.

      Great collaboration within the company and between the teams, adequate and competent leadership, flexible and open-for-suggestions atmosphere, good work-life balance, very diverse, a nice office in the Downtown

      Some processes are yet not formalized/ have room for improvement, some tech and business documentation is missing
