- A company that sucks the blood of employees in the name of Green Card - I don't even receive 50% of what my end client is paying for my work

You get salary on time. I don't think there is any other benefit of joining Maxima Consulting.

Cons

HR and Visa department stops (Literally Stops) responding to any of your questions or concerns you have about. The same people will respond to you very quick when you are joining. But once you are in the org, they will not at all respond to you. If you have any other option, join that as preference other this company.

The going is good when you're on an assignment.

Cons

Once you're not on an assignment, everyone who you could reach out to is suddenly inaccessible. Emails get no response or require multiple follow-ups to get a response.
