Well, been with this company for years, The only company where you can be promoted in 10 as SM and in 12 years as AVP lolll.... They are like gods's sad state , these cant leave this org, because the max position offered by them would a Lead , so people stick around, Complete politics, Only if you put down your papers, they will come like a dog behind us, to give us Onsite opportunities stariht UK only lolll... Fulfillment is the worst, Just bcoz they cant give hike , they would find all your silly flaws, no wonder people quit. The fulfillment takes the call for the entire Org and HR and Business are slaves.... They hire dump ppl with no experience and give them big tags, ppl walk in this company like they are the CEO of Google,You can work or sustain in this org, only if you can butter your managers, promotion and hike would be given immediately. Not to worry , for those employees who are capable for all these activities. Please dont get fooled by the their Marketing strategies, its just for their survival, they would win all banking awards, Trust me they havent , its only money paid and they compete with themselves and win , ROFL. The inside truth.
People will degrade you so badly, they you become a useless peace, later you do well, they would offer you to come and join, They hire employees, who have put down papers twice, who had a bad reputation during their tenure, junior resources would have left because of these people, but still this Org will go ahead and hire useless people , Can you sense the despo need to hire candidates.
Please think wisely , before getting into this org, i have worked here for years, but please life would be better outside, dont get carried away by the recruitment team, the only org where HR ops and Recruitment works differently, not as one team, They are like enemies, That's the state inside their own org.
they have lost their best employees, because of this rubbish , A company which had 2000 employees had slashed down to 800. Highest attrition rate. So beware is my only word,
Well if you are a girl, then things are much easy, just go around your reporting managers, they would do all the needful, But Please note , the guy would be fired and girl is safe. This how Onsite opportunities can be best utilized.
