Flat hierarchy company. Career advancement of their employees is not a big concern. Minimal recognition of employees contribution.

Nothing changes, even the large business shifts occur the "day to day" remained the same. There is minimal effort to stay up to date. If you like a fast pace environment or need a challenge this probably isn't for you.

Management doesn't seem to care about it's employees. Instead of making it nice for experienced people, they'd rather keep the conditions and keep less effective employees. It's always as low expenses as possible.

- Salaries are low. - Vacation time is short until you have spent multiple years at the company. - There doesn't seem to be a clear schedule for giving employees raises. - There is no transparency in terms of how the company is doing financially. - Lots of employees have ideas for how to improve things, but there is no way to communicate those ideas to upper management. - Inter-department communication is not very good. Graphics, Imaging and Video seem to operate completely independently.
