- nice R&D team working on a computer vision library that has more than 20 years of success and is still under active development and innovation - people backgrounds are very diverse (graduates, undergraduates, interns, from computer science, engineering, mathematics) - the management structure is horizontal, not vertical; the team leaders are talented, experienced and helpful software developers still active and implicated - good insurance package, gym, pool, sport courts, next to nice trails in the Bois-de-Liesse for walks and cross-country skiing
Cons
- nice buildings, but they could benefit from updated interior design - the possibility to work remotely sometimes would be nice - with public transports, the location is only accessible by bus - the pay is average (not low, but not that competitive)
