No management vision or direction and focus is only on the bottom line. Costs are above all else. They treat people horribly and use them. Hold people hostage for green cards and hire few US citizens. I would not recommend. This place sets people up for failure, not success.

Visa slavery; favourism; one of the worst, incompetent, clueless middle management who don't know anything about leadership; absolute no direction; pulling out the most from their existing customers on the cheapest budget; night shifts; weekends; Company also changed name from Matrix-Exzac, look up their score.
