Pros

You’re surrounded by genuinely smart people who actually know their stuff, which really keeps you on your toes and helps you level up. The work is actually interesting because you’re tackling tough and real-world problems rather than just doing repetitive busy work all day. There’s no micromanagement here. People trust you to get your job done, which gives you the space to really run with your own ideas.
