      -The underlying tech is incredibly powerful & well differentiated -Smart people, top talent -Big commercial potential

      Cons

      -Still in the process of rounding out the rough edges in terms of process & operations, but making quick progress -The database world is crowded & complex, as a result it takes an organization in this industry a bit longer to forge their path
