Pros

Health benefits, 401K and pay if you hit bonuses.

Cons

Where to start. Field management team is an absolute wreck. Please be careful and do your research if you are thinking about a DM opportunity with this company. This is a good ole boy network of individuals who are not open to new ideas. It's their way or the highway. Due to poor performance in concerns to selling additional franchises and franchisee failure rate over the past 3-4 years, there is a large initiative to do what ever it takes to slice up routes and to sell additional franchises at whatever cost. Besides this initiative, you will be working hand in hand, 80 hours a week and weekends with your distributors to keep them in business. This is not a rant or to bash the company this is the truth. This is definitely not a job you want if you want to sleep at night or to grow your professional career. Be careful, you were warned.

A Mixed Bag

Pros

- A lot of room for engineers to flex creativity - Challenged to optimize solutions - Relatively easy engineering wise. There's not a ton of hard math or intense computer simulations. Practical skill and design for manufacturability is key. - Some non-engineering tasks are fun - Relatively laid back and mistakes are expected as long as you learn from them. - You will have a lot of freedom to take the reigns on your projects

Cons

- Low pay and undesirable area - BRAIN DRAIN: Institutional knowledge has gone and newcomers will be doomed to make the same mistakes their predecessors did. - Corporate often treats you like second class employees - Senior staff does not appear to have a long term plan for plant improvements.

Pros

Great pay and benefits linkedin learning is free for all employees to help grow your career

Cons

no growth opportunity in the industry if you are in IT or product development - they are an archaic organization and see no value in investing in strong IT system.

Pros

Hours were good for a college student. Pay was fair. Benefits were good.

Cons

Hours switched when I was working; super late end time was tough on getting to class.

Pros

3 weeks of pto, however I had to use my PTO to work on the side to pay bills due to the low pay rate.

Cons

Micromanagement (notice a theme in their reviews) everytime we had to leave the room for anything we were forced to sign out with our name, where we were going, and the time. We were treated like middle schoolers. Only allowed one 15 min break and a 45 min lunch. You will work 4 hours plus with no break.

Bad company

Pros

Majority of customers can be good people

Cons

Long hours, low pay chasing people around to get paid. No support from the management. They're more interested in selling franchises than they are helping their current franchise. They will take accounts away from you and give them to someone else. Expectation is 60 to 70 hour work weeks. You're basically buying a job that pays little.

Pros

Good pay, benefits and time off.

Cons

Do not listen to employee's. Throw money hand over fist at pushing ID&E while departments that actually contributes to the bottom line are a complete train wreck.
