Pretty much everything else. They are in your corner till you have a hiccup. Come up short on one weekly tool bill payment and you are done. District Managers are basically salesmen pretending to be in your corner when you are new and encourage you to buy buy buy.
Their cost on tools is ridiculous. I bought streamlights at a local napa for 15 dollars cheaper than what I would. Pay cost on.
Most of the starter inventory is discontinued or very soon to be discontinued. So if you dont survive a year like I did, you are stuck with a 150k bill and 20k worth of tools that you cant return to them. Oakleys are the same. I have $1000 worth of oakleys they sent me in the starter inventory, and they cant be returned.
The stuff you can return, they will short you on. I sent 20k back, got an 11k refund. Scam artists.
I lost 200k in a year. Borrowed money against my home to stay afloat, paid them up and got my bill current. A week later they terminated my franchise agreement.
They tell you if you cant succeed in 3 months, they reimburse your money invested. The problem is, the first 3 months everyone is in a buying frenzy as you are new and its exciting. After 7 months things slow down.
Save your money and run as far away from these guys as you can.
