There was a change in management and with that change, there was a loss of support and understanding of the product. Promotions were out of the question regardless of the amount of work such a small team had to overcome. Hopefully things change for the better, but unfortunately they have a long road to go. From the time that I started to the time that I left, there were very few associates remaining from day one and they would take their knowledge with them.

Plant gets really hot/humid in the summer

Comp plan changes every year to benefit the company. More is expected with less incentive to perform.
