Pros

I actually can't think of any good reasons to work for this company. They don't take care of there support staff very well & lie outright about your pay changing your pay rate on your pay stub and call it tip distribution even though a support staff isn't a tipped employee.

Cons

Very over priced food even with the employee discount. They don't treat there front of house employees with respect. They change you back & forth from non - exempt to exempt without your knowledge in the payroll system & the proof is on your pay stub. For example, I had over 47 hours for one week paid 100% at server pay of $2.13 per hour even though I was never a server. They also don't pay overtime legally. Be careful working here as they are very happy to short you out of your money.

Pros

The food, hands down, is great. Probably the most authentic thing about the place. Money is decent, but not in the summer. Customers can be pleasant to work with. After all, they're the only ones paying you. Don't expect to see a paycheck even if it's $2.75 an hour. If you have a passion for cooking, this can be a good place to learn a bit. You will work with some talented, dedicated chefs.

Cons

Spent a lot of time learning useless information instead of focusing on the actual task at hand. Felt pressure and insecurity while learning. Lots of corporate BS. Managers try and break you down just to stroke their egos. Saw too much changes and disorganization throughout my time there. Too much emphasis on the company and not the customers. Favoritism amongst servers is obvious. If you're new, you will get taken advantage of. Side work is demanding and clean up is tedious (i.e sweeping invisible crumbs with an old broom, being told to do it again and again). Tip outs can be high. You will be kept longer than needed during a shift. Most servers hate the place and talk behind each other's back. Kitchen staff and bussers do too (in Spanish. No one knew I understood). Being told I was improving and "killing it" only to be fired a couple days later due to a new managers bad attitude and poor communication. My advice: Work here is you need the job and want some experience in a high volume place. Don't take anything personally or get too invested with anyone here. They'll make you feel like "family" but you're not. It's a corporation. Met a few good people but not the most trustworthy staff. I probably respect the chefs more than anyone else in the entire company. Overall I didn't appreciate how I was treated and felt uncomfortable the majority of my experience. I've worked in restaurants since I was 14. I can't say this is the worst place but I would suggest working for a privately owned business where you can develop an employee/manager/owner relationship to gain reputation as a hard worker, faster and more secure.

Pros

Restaurant is nice, built from the ground up and has some neat interior design.

Cons

Food is from scratch and nothing special Pizzas average at best Management and ownership dont care about employees income thus massive tipout to subsidize others wages Say their not corporate but are extremely corporate. Could care less about employees comfort, no mats for line cooks, hostesses and bar WAY OVERPRICED, even hapoy hour us steep. Stay away, much better concepts with better management, comoensation and culture.
