      Pros

      - can learn new thing even though you don't have any experienced with that technology - flexible time, very flexible time for network engineers - fresh graduates are welcome

      Cons

      - All network engineers must sign an unfair tricky contract with 3 years unbreakable working bond. you have to pay 100-200 Million Rupiah if you desire to leave the company - There is no scope of work. - There is no proper training for engineer though you'll get a penalty if you desire to leave the company.

      best place to pursue IT experiences/certifications for fresh graduate salary is competitive have a good names in SI businees, especially FSI customers

      some good engineers arent noticed medium to high job pressure
