      Pros

      Well, it's 'advertising' shop in the city, so at least there are a ton of great lunch spots within walking distance. They also have a Kegerator, wood, and bathrooms...sort of.

      Cons

      Constant mismanagement of talent. Poor office communication. Poor client relations. Have advice on how to improve daily work flow - No one cares, keep your head down and follow the rest off the cliff. If your late in your career and want a place to veg out with copious amounts of stress, give this place a chance. If you're a Young Hungry Creative, treat yourself better and get your training and first couple years elsewhere. This place is like twilight zone meets bizarro world, and I don't mean in the good 'Tim & Eric' sort of way.

      Pros

      Office is kid and dog friendly. Some young, talented artists. Strong media guy. Two locations with an office in Philadelphia. Casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Top heavy with incompetent leadership. Constant revolving door. People are chewed up and spit out. Age discrimination. Lame clients. Same old tired work.
