      Good staff of it wasn't for the staff the business would not be around anymore

      Cons

      Management/ directors have no clue how to run the company and have a common practice of not paying overtime they will fire you before they even think about paying you what your owed . They treat staff like craps always looking to find something wrong when it's the total lack of staff is what's wrong. Management always shift the blame . There is no health and safety or training either in any form what so ever
