      None at all, an awful company. Won't train you on updates and cuts corners, I stopped caring.

      Good pay and benefits. For the most part.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, staff accountant will not have your back if you make a mistake. If the staff accountant tells you to process it one way, the controller will come back and tell you that’s wrong. Staff accountant will not back up her original advice. Controller will be very aggressive and manipulative instead of being straight forward. CFO usually stays in his own world. Hostile work environment. I will definitely be looking for another job soon. HR doesn’t do anything ever about issues.
