Pros

You work across product promotions, digital content, and campaigns for well-known international brands. Training is practical and the team shares ideas freely. Competitive pay with performance bonuses. Stable company with a long history in the market.

Cons

Campaign launch periods tighten deadlines and the pace picks up fast.

Pros

The health benefits were actually solid.

Cons

- The real problem here is that work never stops at all - emails late at night, messages on weekends, texts from management about "quick things" that somehow steal hours of time, and this constant pressure to stay available every second of the day because "we're a team" or whatever excuse gets used this week - Nobody directly says you have to answer at 9 PM, but the culture makes it painfully obvious you better respond if you want to be viewed as committed, and that becomes unbearable fast. - The workload itself does not even look unreasonable on paper, but the way it completely consumes your personal life means you never truly stop working. - Burnout hits before you even realize how drained and miserable you've become. -When I finally brought up the need for basic boundaries between work and personal time, management looked genuinely confused, like asking for a normal human life was somehow outrageous,

Pros

I help coordinate campaigns and product launches, and I like that everything is planned ahead instead of rushed. There’s a clear timeline for each campaign, so I’m not dealing with last-minute changes often. I work closely with sales and merchandising, and communication stays simple. The environment makes it easy to stay on track.

Cons

Getting approvals even for small requests takes time, which causes unwanted delays
