      low hierarchy flexibility can't even think of much

      BEWARE- seriously avoid at all means! Feel like being scammed into this place from the beginning. The contract says one thing, once you're in, it's completely out of expectations. You will be asked to do almost anything beyond job role. ( prepare for serious work overload! ) - No training - throw you in the deep end from day 1 -No resources to do your job role -minimal staff reward for effort/ time/ no appreciation -OTE Commision structure is corrupted ( unrealistic targets set= risking your base salary with what you could be potentially earning at another job)

      No comment because nothing worth mentioning.

      Cons

      - Not a single person has enough I.T. knowledges at all. No wonder all of the people with skills and wisdom wouldn't stay there for long. - All of the employee there, are just talking rubbish everyday. Talk about others' colleagues every single day. - Management has the worst personalities of all kinds combined. - New employees keep coming and leaving every single month. Do you believe that? I don't think I have to say anymore. - Just like the other comments said, the boss wants you to believe this company is so big, blah, blah, blah, but obviously it's just a small company with bunch of morons sitting around in office daydreaming every day.

      1) Premium Google Reseller, brand of Google Strongs 2) Got Birthday Leave 3) Can go off early during Chinese celebration day 4) Flexible working place

      1) No proper leadership 2) Treat employees as liability instead of assets 3) Play Politic around 4) Not helpful (no mentoring and etc) 5) No bonus and increment 6) Not structured 7) No appreciation 8) Treat employees as donkey
