They try to reduce commision over the sale you generate by intentionally putting your sale into global commission. Discrimination between Spanish and with other culture if you are not Spanish then you won't be the priority for the company. less friendly staff, you will always feel left out long hour of work poor pay no work/life balance The company only care about meeting targets and sometimes it can be stressful for the employee

Management is a terrible mess. One of the women’s managers was fired a month ago for stealing and she worked there for 3 years. Management has no clue what’s going on and only know how to micro manage creating a toxic hostile evenivorment.

- Great locations in Canada - Products are great. Very easy to sell to clients and to customers - Compensation is okay as well

Cons

- Unorganized regional; district and store management - Store managers lacks respect for employees. - Although compensation is great (above minimum), individual commission is total garbage. - The company haven't completely adjusted to the Canadian retail market
