1. Please ignore positive reviews given by other employees( Typically Working in Mashreq for more than 10+ years) . Cause they all are the first employees in Mashreq when it was started in Bangalore and these employees know that without Mashreq no other company would give them any offer as they only know politics of Mashreq. 2. It is not a corporate organisation. Rather it is a Fish Market where managers only know how to shout on his employess 3. It is the first organisation where you will see your manager will ask u and some time will stand behind you to ensure that you are giving 5/5 rating to Mashreq in Gallop. 4. You have to night call support and weekend support without any extra benefit. 5. For Management you are like their Maid who have to do extra work whenever they are being told. 6. HR policy is the worst here. All good policies are on paper only . 7. And last of all They want Ferrari in the Cost of i20 from the developer but at the end they only can make i10. That is the simple one line introduction of all Mashreq Product I can Say.

Highly polical environment , manager who working at mashreq all are referred to eachother , close relatives. If any applicaion outages , that will be parked to non referral resource and get terminated. this is the recurrence activity since 2016. For Female employees, nobody ready to go this type of workplace. Some critics made against one of the female oracle employee and she left from organization recently.
