Low pay compared to market rates. Long slow path to advancement. A lot of interoffice politics, similar to high school. If you’re not “in” you could stay where you are for years with little to know pay increase. Or even decreases depending on the “work” situation. If you’re an experienced professional I would look elsewhere. “Core values” that are constantly preached and eroding and/or non-existent with a majority of senior management and employees. A few good people left but overall just a good ol boys club designed to feed managements fun on the weekend.
