Some team members are good and trying their best to do quality work. I learned few things on my own while working on WordPress projects. Flexible timing sometimes, but not consistent.
Cons
Owner is very “proudy” and always lying to staff and clients. Every day new story, no honesty. Very unprofessional culture. No proper planning, no process, only pressure. Owner charges high amount from clients for developers, but gives very low salary to actual developers. One young guy was hired who was very arrogant and doing mistakes again and again. Still owner treats him like “golden boy” even when client is suffering. Quality of software is very poor – full of bugs, unfinished, but still forcing client to pay. Sometimes I saw blackmailing of client for payments. I feel very bad to be part of such things. No growth, no respect, and not a healthy environment to work.
