      Cons

      Management tried to act like a large company when it’s barely a mom and pop. Horribly managed by a megalomaniac. They will work you and fire you with no notice, then fight against paying money owed. Do not work here this company represents everything wrong with the security industry

      I’ve worked with this company for nearly four years, and it has been a consistently positive experience. As a smaller organization, they offer genuine one‑on‑one support and make you feel valued—not just like another employee. Leadership is accessible, communication is clear, and there’s real room to grow. Overall, it’s a supportive and professional workplace with no complaints from me.
