Nothing. Genuinely can’t think of a single pro.

Cons

Extremely low pay, toxic work environment (bullying and cliques), unsafe conditions (a box almost fell on me, a fan cord was in water, I cut myself once and there was no bandaids)

Employees are good Pay is ok (was better before)

Cons

Forced all casuals to part timers if not you get sacked. Supposedly to get more hours as a part timer yet you still get cut. Management can be better, there is some good people but some are rude as. They can’t even give your pay check on time always late. No good training, no good break rooms, no professionalism. Better off finding another job Machines and software is horrible and eftpos acts up Employees work hard so that upper management can buy Mercedes instead of investing towards better things
