      Horrific sales environment!

      It is tough to find any pros, but the ability to work from home once and a while were ok...

      Cons

      Management is terrible, specifically sales which lacks leadership from top to bottom. Probably the most uncomfortable sales environment I have ever experienced, the company provides zero training & resources to their reps. The management team will literally set you u for failure then request massively unrealistic metrics. If you want to stunt/hurt your career MarketOne is the place for you. Being an employee at M1 was one of the worst experiences of my life!

      Pros

      Good place to go if you want to be laid off in the near future.

      Cons

      They have no clue what they are doing. The website says quote, “We’re growing fast. Which means that if you join us, you’ll grow fast with us.”. What a joke. There have been 5 rounds of layoffs in 12 months in the US office alone. Besides having no stability and absolutely no loyalty or concern for employees, they do not train employees or provide opportunities for growth. The few people left must be so miserable. It’s really sad.

      There aren't many pros apart a few improvement opportunities because they are so backward for a technology-based organization

      Cons

      Totally shortsighted. Letting go of good employees causing further instability especially in training where the teams need the most support.
