HR and TOP heavy upper management is horrible - they will fire you while saying they put "people first" then rehire for your position with cheaper labor

Their professed culture, benefits and flexibility is great. The employees are wonderful, incredible people! The employees are hard working, "give it all you got" people.

They are VERY top heavy! - and getting heavier The top does not give a rats rump about those in bottom levels Communication is nil
