      long hours, little pay, poor accomodation and food BUT FUN

      Pros

      You make many friends and memories (if you are sober). You can learn how to sail/windsurf/ski/snowboard... if you work hard, the tips are okay. you can progress quickly through the company (mostly due to the fact that once completing one season many people realise there are much better companies offering a better deal and do not return) ITS ADDICTIVE!

      Cons

      Extremely long hours! especially in childcare (never enough staff) poor management- extending above resort management bad bad bad food- always left overs and never healthy meals. accommodation- think of student accommodation and make it 10 times worse. high staff turn over.

      Thank you for your feedback. Staff welfare is becoming much higher on our priority list as a company and we are implementing improvements across our operation in particular with staff accommodation, food and training.

      Dont bother unfair and a joke

      Make good friends, amazing views

      The wages are a joke 10 euros a day to look after children from 8.30 to 11.30 at night one day off a week the girls work really hard because they all love children but are not appreciated in any way by the company the food provided is terrible ended up buying food every day it was actually costing me to live there in the end.

      Colleagues you meet and the weather During your one day off (if you can afford it) you can explore

      Cons

      Pay is rubbish, food is really poor so expect to eat out, hours are ridiculous considering the pay, HODs and management are very cliquey so don't expect any fair treatment. Contracts are ridiculous- read very carefully
