      There are no pros here

      Cons

      All management seems to be "related" and does not know how to manage. Bullying and intimidation is their way o doing things. Nothing is organized or makes sense. No training, someone leans over you tells you what to click, gives an outline, also that makes no logical sense and then try to work. Cameras everywhere, supplies locked up. Medical is poor, overpriced and company contributes "0". Salaries are terrible too.

      Pay, trust, management and just about everything else. They hire anyone that walks through the door -- including ex-cons. Lied about position and salary. There are 2-3 ppl who control everything and each one will tell you something different. They blow smoke and drag things out, saying things will change but they never do. Then they stop communicating altogether.

      A relatively lax environment, but that isn't necessarily a pro.

      Cons

      Hiring from employment agencies exclusively is a mistake. The pay is very mediocre and management simply mails it in. The branch I worked at was the most poorly run business I have ever been a part of.
