      Pros

      Great network of customers among the big finance players in Paris Is opening foreign subsidiaries for expansion High level of jobs, working in great teams Good salary and good raise when they want to keep you

      Cons

      Small company which do not offer benefits as big as working directly with the clients Less rewards when worked well, no bonuses High turnover in the headquarters, although I hope that the worst times are over

      - Interesting missions at the best banks of France

      Cons

      - Managers are snakes that will never be honest with you until the day they surpringly fire you if you did not get a mission after one month. - They will never tell you the inmense risk of not getting a mission within a month if you are in the probation period. Even more vile, they will encourage you to get an appartment in Paris just to fire you in almost immediately after. Watch out if you start in August when due to vacations it can be hard to get a mission.
