      Pros

      good company, decent pay, working with new tech in metal industry is always awesome and they have expanded over the years

      Cons

      aren't willing to train- if your green, you get treated poorly. expect to know much to keep the job. also guys were complaining about pay and lack of benfits/break times

      Pros

      Great benefits, huge team atmosphere and by far the best boss/owner and management team anywhere. Great pay (competitive), Brand new state of the art cnc machinery. A crew that is always willing to help and train the inexperienced to progress their careers in this industry and yeah did I say the greatest boss on the planet.

      Cons

      Not much heat in a open shop so its cold in the winter but great in the summer and the parking is very limited ;)
