      no opportunity for growth, but the company is fine

      Pros

      Very manageable work from home position. Regular hours and overtime wasn't required.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth within the company. There were only so many management positions and there was just no where to go. Things might be different now, I'm unsure.
