Being from the UK and moving to Australia meant being very far away from my family. Genuinely love working here, I feel so supported every day by my management. I also have a lot of career growth options which are candidley spoken about regularly with my leadership and a clear direction to follow. Even though I am based in the Brisbane office, I feel quite connected to our wider national team and feel like I know everyone on a personal level, This is the first place I have felt comfortable when asking to take holidays or time off to book in important appointments. They also have weekly WFH Wednesday's (which I choose to not take because I prefer being in the office with everyone). It is a really good social space for an extravert like me who is driven with lots of events and great incentives on offer at all times!
