Pros

Very friendly and not at all competitive working atmosphere. I worked in Mumbai and it has decent brand name in the city. The colleagues are very friendly and seniors cooperative.

Cons

Since there is not much competition among the colleagues, personal development becomes limited. Also the colleagues are not well educated.

The company has a flat organization structure and employees can interact with the CEO whenever they want to. There is a lot of flexibility in the job and employees can take up responsibilities of their own liking and execute their ideas.

Cons

The conservative nature of the top management sometimes makes it difficult to take quick decisions.
