Toxic Leadership & Culture: The Vice President fosters an incredibly toxic and hostile work environment. Management frequently relies on PUA tactics, constantly belittling and demeaning team members to erode their confidence. Massive Time Waste: An absurd amount of time is wasted on unproductive meetings and long, repetitive lectures instead of focusing on actual business growth. Gossip & Defamation: There is a disturbing culture of fabricating rumors and spreading falsehoods to target employees. Shockingly, this toxic behavior even extends to former colleagues who have already left the company. Forced Overtime: Work-life balance is non-existent. Overtime is heavily coerced and expected as a norm. Moving Goalposts: Work procedures and processes change completely at management's whim without proper documentation.
