Pros

Money. Unnecessary work to be completed at an unnecessary deadline which is a very challenging task for an alien also let alone be a human being.

Cons

Everything. They will cut your salary if it is a long weekend. They will mentally torture you and will make you like how they are which is dumbest person on this earth. They are not a product based company. They only make product as a timepass. Rest of you time will be put in service based part of it. You will be making a career suicide if you join it. Dont go with what they sell you. Even if you donot have any offer, wait for sometime but please dont join this company.

Pros

Few knowledgeable individuals who occasionally provide valuable insights. Office location is convenient for commuting.

Cons

Mostly works on Cisco projects, which are uninteresting and largely pointless. Projects frequently get canceled midway due to financial issues. Lack of substantial projects; often resort to assigning meaningless tasks. Over-reliance on inexperienced freshers; lack of seasoned experts. Heavy use of ChatGPT and other AI tools for coding, resulting in poor quality deliverables. Pretentious atmosphere where everyone pretends to be an expert despite lacking knowledge. High turnover; termination disguised as voluntary resignation due to lack of projects.

1. Good Team Members 2. Good Hikes 3. Moderate work 4. "7 hours" working ?? isn't great !!

Cons

1. Micro Management 2. No process followed in deliverables 3. Managers don't respect peers (don't listen to your ideas) 4. No much learning (only few projects) 5. Mangement should focus on new products and projects, we can't survive with same project which is earning us more
