      Pros

      Great benefits, Great benefits and Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      They say there is an open-door policy, but its not true. HR usually sides with management, it doesn't matter if they are right or wrong. Will not pay you for the job you actually do. Hires you for one position and increases your responsibilities without adjusting your salary. Often gives credit for the success of initiatives to managers who don't deserve it. There is No mentoring program in the company.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Plenty of hours. Decent pay. Nice coworkers. Always hiring. They hire almost anyone. Very unlikely to be fired. Products are high demand.

      Cons

      Plenty of hours. Unequal advancement opportunities. Laissez-faire management style as a result Supervisors micromanage but without any direction. Very dusty environment with high air pollution that is probably a health hazard. Inadequate PPE. From management to workers, not many are happy or satisfied with their employment. High turnover rate.

      Great Pay and Benefits, Flexible Schedule.

      Cons

      No room to grow, no structure to progress in career. Basically you make it to 5th grade and stay there forever.
